When the CNC power supply of CNC machine tool cannot be turned on and the power working indicator light is not on, the following parts should be checked:



(1) The fuses F1 and F2 of the power supply unit have been fused.



This is because the input is high voltage, or the components of the power unit itself are damaged.



(2) The input voltage is low.



Please check the voltage entering the power supply unit. The allowable voltage is AC 200V+10%, 50HZ±1HZ.



(3) The power supply unit is poor and the internal element is damaged.



If the power indicator light on the CNC power supply of CNC machine tool and the alarm light is not on, but the power supply does not output, the main cause of the fault and the method of troubleshooting is: at this time, the power supply is turned on (ON) condition is not met.



From the following switching circuit, the power supply is turned on as follows: there are three conditions for turning on the power supply: a. The source ON button is closed. b. The power OFF button is closed. c. The external alarm contact is opened.

Fuse fuse of 24V output voltage

②. Poor monitor/manual data input board.

①+24E is used for external input/output signals. Please refer to the figure below to check whether the external input/output loop is short-circuited.



② External input/output switch causes +24E short circuit or system I/0 board failure.

Inspection method: Unplug the loads carried by the +5V power supply one by one. Each time you unplug, the power supply must be turned off and then turned on. When any +5V power load is unplugged, the power alarm light goes out, then it can be proved that the load and its connecting cable are faulty. Please note: When unplugging the motor encoder, if it is an absolute position encoder, it needs to return to zero before the machine tool can return to normal. There may be a short circuit fault on the printed circuit board of the system. Please use a multimeter to measure the resistance between +5V, ±15V, +24D and OV.



Measurement must be done with power off.



①. Pull down the printing plates of the system one by one, turn on the power supply, and confirm whether the alarm light is on again.



②. If the power alarm light does not light up after a printing plate is unplugged, it can prove that there is a problem with the printing plate. Please replace the printed circuit board.



For 0 system, if +24D and 0V are short-circuited, the input/output board and the motherboard must be replaced at the same time when replacing. When the computer communicates with the CNC system, if the CNC communication interface burns out, the system power supply will sometimes fail to be turned on.
