Three reasons and solutions for mold sticking

1. Mold problem
The mold itself is rough or improperly handled. The solution is galvanized, chrome-plated, and Teflon-plated.
2. Dirt accumulates in the mold
The solution is to pick a small amount of it with a needle. The main reason for this problem is that the sulfur is under-sulfur. After the sulfur is under-sulfur, a small amount of glue is not cleaned, and the rubber is glued to it. The more accumulated the mold is accumulated, the more it accumulates, making the mold unable to produce normally. In addition, the more spraying the mold release agent is sprayed, which makes the mold sticking more serious. The solution is to wash the mold.
3. Problems with rubber formula
First of all, the thermal tear strength of the rubber itself is poor. When the mold is rough, it is easy to cause small particles of the rubber to break in the mold, and the more they accumulate, it will cause the mold to stick. The solution is to use some rubber with high thermal tear strength such as natural rubber to clean the mold.
Another way is that the formula itself is too sticky and it is easy to stick to the mold. The solution is to add an inner glue mold agent or spray an outer release agent. However, it is not recommended to use a mold release agent, because any mold release agent will accumulate silicon, and too much silicon will stick to the mold. The mold spraying the release agent must be crossed electrically, otherwise the mold will be stuck after washing the mold, which will still damage the mold and affect the service life.
